Nicki Davison

Nicki Davison has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nicki is currently working as the Global HR Director at FIRST since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Nicki Davison HR from January 2017 onwards. Nicki also served as an HR Manager at AkzoNobel from March 2022 to December 2022. Before that, they were the People Director (Interim) at Push Doctor from June 2021 to December 2021. During their career, they have held various positions such as Interim HR Manager at CitNOW Video (October 2019 to September 2020), Senior HR Manager at OneSubsea (March 2013 to December 2015), Head of HR at Grass Roots (June 2011 to February 2013), HR Manager at Grass Roots (April 2006 to May 2011), HR Advisor at Maritz (2005 to 2006), HR Officer at Maritz (December 2003 to 2005), and HR Assistant at Xerox (December 2002 to December 2003).

Nicki Davison attended Thames Valley University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
