Susan Ralls

Susan Ralls has extensive experience in the banking industry. Susan began their career at Security Pacific Financial Services, Inc / Equity One in 1987, where they served as a Branch Manager and Lender. In this role, they managed the overall operations of the consumer finance branch, completed loan applications, approved loans within their credit authority, and recommended loans requiring higher approval authority. Susan also performed credit investigations, collected delinquent accounts, and prepared loan documentation.

In 1998, Susan joined United Bank as a Vice President / Commercial Lender. In addition to their previous duties, they managed a substantial commercial loan portfolio and participated in joint calling efforts with the branch manager.

Since 2013, Susan has been working at First Bank Virginia as a Senior Vice President. In this position, they oversee a commercial and consumer loan portfolio of over $75 million. Their responsibilities include reviewing loan applications, conducting credit investigations, negotiating loan terms, working closely with analysts on underwriting and recommending loans, and closing loans.

Additionally, Susan also attended the Risk Management Association-Commercial Lending School, affiliated with East Carolina University, for an unspecified period of time. There, they obtained a certification from the Commercial Lending School in the field of Commercial Banking.
