Andy Marshall

Andy Marshall has extensive experience in the banking industry. Andy began their career with First Security Bank in 2006, where they served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer until 2011. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Arvest Bank as the Commercial Banking Groups Manager for the Oklahoma Metro and Community Bank Markets. In 2017, Marshall joined FirstBank Southwest as the President and CEO.

Andy Marshall received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Andy also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Mississippi. Additionally, they completed the CEO Executive Leadership Program at The Wharton School.
