Dustin Haupt has extensive work experience in marketing and advertising roles. Dustin is currently working as the Vice President and Corporate Advertising Manager at FirstBank, where they lead the brand management and creative team in developing creative strategies for brand materials and campaigns across multiple channels. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant Vice President and Consumer Card Marketing Manager at Fifth Third Bank, where they managed credit card and debit card products, drove engagement and loyalty through high-profile campaigns, and analyzed campaign performance. Before that, they served as the Marketing Campaign Manager for consumer lending at BCU, where they developed cross-channel campaign strategies and managed lending portfolio projects. Additionally, they have worked at Discover Financial Services as a Project Manager, overseeing customer experience and strategy, as well as managing marketing campaigns for home equity products. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Account Manager at RR Donnelley, providing print production management and sales support for direct mail campaigns.

Dustin Haupt attended Roosevelt University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
