Forrest Windham

Forrest Windham, CPA has a strong background in finance and accounting. Forrest currently serves as the Finance Director at FirstBank, where they were recruited by the CFO and CEO to implement a Finance function as the institution approached $10 billion in assets. Forrest brought in a staff of 15+ and implemented a new CPM system within the first 16 months. Prior to that, they worked at BBVA USA as the SVP of Financial Planning and Analysis, responsible for the planning and analysis process of the $100 billion consolidated bank. Forrest also served as the finance partner for digital start-ups and ventures. Before BBVA USA, Forrest Windham worked at Regions Bank as a Senior Financial Manager and participated in the Six Sigma Green Belt certification program. Forrest also held various roles at BBVA USA, including Manager of Sales Productivity and Analysis and Division Finance Manager. Forrest started their career at PwC as a Senior Accountant in the Audit and Assurance area, where they worked on audits of publicly traded companies, privately held companies, educational institutions, not-for-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans.

Forrest Windham, CPA completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from Culverhouse College of Business in 2000. Forrest then pursued a Master of Accountancy degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business, which they completed in 2001. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Shelton State Community College from 1996 to 1998, where they completed undergraduate courses. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy in 2002.
