Kelvin Neo, a Training Advisory Executive at FirstCom Academy, previously served as a Recruitment Consultant at Paradigm Recruitment. Prior to this, Kelvin worked as a Republic of Singapore Air Force Engineer at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore. Kelvin Neo holds a Diploma of Education in Electronics, Computer and Communications Engineering from Nanyang Polytechnic.
