Christy Hajoway is a communications professional with over a decade of experience in digital and customer communications, currently serving as Manager of Customer Communications at FirstEnergy since July 2012. Additionally, Hajoway has experience as a Zumba Fitness Instructor and held roles in marketing and editorial support early in the career. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from Ohio University.
