Rachel Lindesmith

Rachel Lindesmith, MBA, currently serves as Director of National Accounts & Customer Support at FirstEnergy, overseeing a $2B+ capital portfolio for ten regulated electric utility companies. Rachel has held various leadership roles at FirstEnergy, including Manager of the Distribution Portfolio and General Supervisor of Engineering Services at Ohio Edison & Penn Power. Previous experience includes managing customer support teams and serving commercial and industrial clients in account management. With a background in sales and marketing from Ryan Homes and customer account management at Consona Corporation, Rachel has consistently exceeded performance goals. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Kent State University and a BS in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati, along with a finance certificate from Cornell University.
