Gina Ritter

Gina Ritter is currently the Vice President Clinical Operations at firsthand and previously held the position of Director of Practice Management & Clinical Operations at Elevance Health, CareMore. Prior to that, Gina was the Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives and Sr. Director of Clinical Practice at Genesis. Gina also worked as a Clinical Services Manager at Optum and started their career as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. Gina holds a Master of Science in Geriatric Nursing from the University of Maryland School of Nursing.
