Adam Klein

Adam Klein, CFA, serves as the Vice President of Central Operations at FirstKey Homes, operating under Cerberus Capital Management’s Single Family Rental Investment Platform since January 2019. Previously, Adam held roles such as Regional Vice President overseeing the Midwest and Carolinas, and Senior Director of the Transformation Office. Prior to joining FirstKey Homes, Adam Klein gained experience at Cerberus Capital Management and General Motors, where responsibilities included financial analysis and leading initiatives for high-profile projects like the Cadillac subscription program. Adam began a career in finance at Declaration Management & Research, focusing on structured securities and corporate credit analysis. Adam holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Virginia.
