Nick Jerkovich

Nick Jerkovich is a seasoned professional in real estate acquisitions and asset management, currently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions at FirstKey Homes since January 2018. Previously, Nick held the position of Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Prairie Fire Development Group, where responsibilities included the identification and negotiation of development opportunities and creating proposals for investors and government officials. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Real Estate Analyst and Appraiser at Novogradac & Company LLP, where Nick prepared over 300 market studies and appraisals for various stakeholders, and as a Loan Officer at North American Savings Bank, with expertise in residential mortgage programs. Nick began a career at Target Corporation as an Executive Team Leader and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Business from The University of Kansas.
