Tanya Duncan

Tanya Duncan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tanya has held roles such as Business Development Director at FirstLight Home Care and Chief Operating Officer/Administrator at Amada Senior Care Austin. Tanya also has experience as an Office Manager at Anderson Chiropractic Leander. Prior to their civilian career, they served in the Air National Guard and the United States Air Force, specializing in Aviation Resource Management and Satellite and Wideband Communications respectively.

Tanya Duncan, CDP, CADDCT, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from American Military University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2016. Tanya also has an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, which they earned between 1995 and 2001. Currently, Tanya is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Data Analytics from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, with an expected completion date in 2023. In addition to their educational background, they are also a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), certified by SHRM in June 2023.
