Naveen Narayanan

Naveen Narayanan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Naveen started their career in 2003 as an Oracle Applications Engineer at Oracle India Pvt Ltd. Naveen then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Emuzed India Pvt Ltd, leading engineering teams in implementing multimedia application suites.

In 2007, Naveen joined Aricent as a Technical Leader, where they initiated R&D, gathered requirements, and led the development of engineering prototypes for mobile multimedia software products. Naveen also deployed multimedia solutions for leading wireless telecommunication operators and provided consulting services to top-tier OEMs in the telecom industry.

Naveen's career at Quickplay started in 2010, where they first worked as a Product Manager, focusing on enabling the digital distribution of premium video to wireless devices. Naveen subsequently became a Senior Product Manager, responsible for powering large-scale TV Everywhere and OTT deployments worldwide. At Quickplay, they contributed to the company's transformation of the video distribution and consumption landscape.

Moving on to AT&T Entertainment Group in 2016, Naveen held the position of Director of Product Management. Naveen played a crucial role in requirements gathering and product adaptation for the successful launch of DirecTV Now, which gained over 1 million subscribers within a year. Naveen also acted as a conduit between teams in Los Angeles and Toronto, providing expertise on the Quickplay product platform.

From 2018 to 2020, Naveen worked as the Director of Sales Enablement and Partnerships at Rubikloud Technologies. Naveen'sresponsibilities included enhancing sales effectiveness and developing strategic partnerships.

Currently, Naveen is the Senior Director of Product Innovation and Strategy at Quickplay, a role they began in 2022. Naveen also previously held positions as the Director of Product Management - OTT Sports Solution and the Director of Solution Engineering and Go To Market at Quickplay.

Throughout their career, Naveen has demonstrated strong leadership, coaching and managing teams, and driving product innovation. Naveen holds an MBA with a focus on Marketing and New Ventures from Queen's School of Business.

Naveen Narayanan's education history begins in 1999 when they attended the National Institute of Technology Calicut. Naveen completed a B-Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering in 2003.
