Torall Patel has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Currently, Torall is working at Quickplay as a Service Operations Engineer, where they are responsible for incident, problem, and change management. Torall handles incidents, troubleshoots security solutions, and ensures the restoration of service or escalates as necessary. Torall also manages end-to-end processes for incidents, problems, and change management.

At Atos, Torall also held the role of System Engineer, where they arranged and managed meetings during high-priority incidents. Torall worked with various North American clients, including Atos, Siemens, Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. Additionally, Torall performed network troubleshooting with mobile and data network providers.

Lastly, Torall started their career at Atos as an Associate Engineer. In this role, they worked on Atos's internal database tools to configure data and prepare reports. Torall also audited invoices and prepared weekly and monthly reports using multiple Excel functions.

Torall Patel has a postgraduate degree in Computer Application Security from Conestoga College, which was obtained in 2022. Prior to that, Patel completed a master's degree in Master of Computer Application from Gujarat Technological University (GTU) between 2012 and 2016. Before pursuing a master's, Patel earned a bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat from 2009 to 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Patel obtained the "Verified International Academic Qualifications" from World Education Services in September 2019. Patel also holds the "Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certificate" from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which was obtained in March 2016.
