Manmeet Singh

Manmeet Singh currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at FirstMeridian Business Services since June 2020, overseeing FirstMeridian Global Services and Innovsource Services. Previously, Manmeet held the position of President and Board Member at ManpowerGroup India from March 2008 to June 2020, where responsibilities included driving the Professional Staffing, Permanent Recruitment, RPO, and other business sectors while managing overall P&L and strategic direction. Manmeet also served as Senior Director and Board Member within the staffing business, successfully expanding the workforce to over 35,000 associates and launching significant initiatives. Prior to ManpowerGroup, Manmeet was Head of Staffing and Vendor Management at iGATE Global Solutions Ltd from September 2003 to March 2008, managing operations and establishing a global RPO business. Early career roles spanned various positions in different organizations from 1997 to 2003. Manmeet holds a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, completed in 2017.
