Stefan Steele

Stefan Steele, MBA, CAIA has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Stefan is currently working as the Director - Commercial Credit at First National Financial LP since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director - Equity Investments at Institutional Mortgage Capital from September 2021 to June 2022. Stefan also has experience as a Senior Credit Adjudicator at First National Financial LP from July 2017 to August 2021. Stefan has also worked as an Acquisition Consultant at Trolleybus Urban Development from January 2017 to July 2017. Before that, Stefan held the position of Investment Manager at Trolleybus Urban Development in partnership with Freed Developments, where they were responsible for pro-formas, financial models, and acquisitions of residential and mixed-use developments. Stefan was also a Financial Analyst at Empire Communities from January 2013 to September 2014.

Stefan Steele holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus on Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Schulich School of Business at York University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance at Dalhousie University from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Stefan has also acquired several additional certifications, including the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation from the CAIA Association and the Mortgage Agent License from the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO). Stefan also holds the WSET Level 2 in Wines and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. The dates of obtaining the additional certifications are not provided.
