Yohan Kadoch

Yohan Kadoch has extensive experience in commercial real estate financing and mortgage sales, currently serving as Assistant Vice President & Team Director at First National Financial LP since September 2018. Prior to this, Yohan held various leadership positions at CIBC, including Senior Manager in the Real Estate Finance Division, where significant achievements include ranking as the individual with the most funded commercial and residential mortgages nationally in multiple years. Yohan also received several prestigious awards at CIBC, such as the Annual Achiever and Top Performer awards. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Mortgage Manager at HYPOTEC LENDING, focusing on sales generation and credit analysis between 2006 and 2008.
