Jenya Stumacher

Jenya Stumacher is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial contracts and corporate law. Currently serving as Commercial Contracts Counsel at First Quality Enterprises since June 2019, Jenya supports corporate partnerships and sales across the United States and Canada. Prior to this role, Jenya held the position of Vice President, Senior Managing Counsel at Mastercard from August 2006 to May 2019, where involvement in innovative data analytics initiatives was significant. Jenya also served as Legal Counsel at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia for seven years, playing a pivotal role as one of the department's early attorneys. The legal career began as a Legal Assistant at two boutique firms, providing support in intellectual property and entertainment law. Jenya earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally, Jenya's education includes a focused background in music from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School.
