Rob Hayes

Rob Hayes has over two decades of experience in venture capital and business development. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Overseers at Columbia Business School since May 2019, Rob has held the position of Partner at First Round Capital since July 2006. Previous roles include Director at Omidyar Network, Senior Director of Business Development at PalmSource, and various positions at Palm, Inc. and Geoworks. Rob began the career at GO Corporation in localization. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
