Cynthia Eden

Cynthia Eden currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Firstsource since May 2021. With extensive experience in healthcare operations, Cynthia has been the Executive Director of Operations at PatientMatters since May 2002, where the organization provides financial assistance and patient access solutions to hospitals nationwide. Previous roles include Executive Director at Medical Advocacy Services for Healthcare, Inc. (now part of PatientMatters) from May 2003 to April 2014 and Operations Manager at Kaiser Permanente from February 1995 to September 2002, overseeing multiple departments and successfully managing a significant transition project. Earlier in the career, Cynthia was the Director at All Saints Hospital, where responsibilities included managing a home health agency and ensuring regulatory compliance. Cynthia holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
