Girish Shetty

Girish Shetty has extensive experience in project management and operations, currently serving as Associate Director PMO & Transition at Firstsource since October 2025. Previously, Girish held positions at Moder, where responsibilities included Associate Director and Senior Manager of EPMO from January 2022 to September 2025. At Firstsource, Girish also worked as Operations Manager for a year following a tenure at Cognizant that spanned over a decade, during which roles included Team Manager, Team Lead, Process Specialist, and Senior Process Executive. Early career experience includes positions at Indecomm Global Services and Aegis Bpo Service Limited as Senior Process Executive and Operations Executive, respectively.
