Amanda Balady, PHRca, possesses extensive experience in the field of human resources and applied behavior analysis, currently serving as People Experience Manager at FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. since August 2013. In various roles, including Junior Human Resources Business Partner and Regional Recruiting & Training Manager, Amanda has been responsible for recruiting and training new clinical team members, directly engaging with children's treatment plans, and coaching staff to ensure treatment integrity. Previously, Amanda held positions as a Lead Instructor and Instructor, applying principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to support children diagnosed with Autism. Prior experience includes serving as a Waitress at The Hop Yard Alehouse & Grill and as a Resident Assistant and Student Manager in Dining Services at Boston University. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Boston University and completed coursework for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst at Florida Institute of Technology.
