Deepthi Bhushan

Deepthi Bhushan has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and positions. Deepthi started their career in 2004 as a Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they played an active role in the development and maintenance of the HP Network Node Manager software. Deepthi then worked as a Senior Software Engineer and later as a Software Designer, where they contributed to the development of HP NNM iSPI for Multi-Protocol Label Switching and HP NNM iSPI for IP Telephony.

In 2014, Deepthi joined EMC as a Principal Software Engineer, working on the RSA Identity Management and Governance platform. Here, they quickly grasped the product modules and began working on multiple modules. Deepthi then moved on to Cisco Systems in 2014, where they worked as a Technical Lead and Scrum Master in the CVG business unit. Their responsibilities included leading the agile adoption process and utilizing their experience in agile, scrum master, and networking technologies.

Deepthi joined FirstWave ASX: FCT in 2016, first as an Agile Project Manager, where they implemented agile practices and facilitated scrum ceremonies. Later, they became an R&D Manager, leading research projects based on customer demands and advising the product team on incorporating them into the product roadmap. Currently, they hold the position of Head of R&D, where they work closely with customers, market research, and competitive analysis to identify and incorporate customer needs into product requirements.

Deepthi Bhushan obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from JSS Academy Of Technical Education Karnataka, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they also received a certification in "Flying Through Python" from Code School in March 2016.
