Gary Watts

Gary Watts is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at FIS since December 2015, Gary partners with corporate leadership to promote growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Division Vice President for Global Compensation and Benefits at SunGard, where leadership facilitated a significant transformation within the company. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Compensation at SRA International, where Gary played a key role in the company's IPO, and as a Buyer at Hecht's Department Stores, where responsibilities included financial planning and merchandise strategies. Gary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
