Shailesh Singh Kushwaha

Shailesh Singh Kushwaha is a seasoned Technical Architect and Lead Developer with extensive experience in the banking and payment processing sectors. Currently serving as a Freelance Lead Developer at FIS since October 2015, Shailesh focuses on designing and developing products in alignment with recent SCT Inst payment scheme rules. Prior roles include Technical Architect/Lead Developer at Clear2Pay, contributing to bank payment processing innovations, and Application Developer at CSC, where Shailesh worked on an insurance calculation engine. Earlier experiences include software engineering positions at BiBit BV and Tata Consultancy Services, facilitating diverse projects in banking and mutual fund systems. Shailesh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Government College of Engineering in Karad.
