Sucharita Sridhar

Sucharita Sridhar, CFA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Commercialization, Pricing & Sales Operations at FIS, overseeing a team of 20 focused on pricing strategy, deal desk management, and commercial finance. Prior to FIS, Sucharita was the Head of Global Pricing Strategy at Stripe, where responsibilities included developing pricing strategies for over 30 product launches, implementing pricing optimization programs, and leading monetization shifts towards large enterprise clients. Sucharita's career began at Citi as an Assistant Vice President in Commercial Banking, following the completion of a rotation program, and further progressed through roles at Boston Consulting Group as a Partner, Principal, and Project Leader, specializing in transformational consulting for financial institutions. Sucharita holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
