Andreas Kunz

Andreas Kunz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andreas began their career as an Apprentice physical laboratory assistant at HUBER+SUHNER in 1997 and worked there until 2001. Following this, they joined HUBER+SUHNER UK Ltd. as a Support Engineer Sales&Marketing from November 2001 to April 2002. In August 2002, they briefly worked as a Laboratory Assistant at BÜCHI Labortechnik AG. From June 2002 to August 2003, they worked as a Correspondent at Druckerei Flawil AG (Wiler Zeitung). In 2006, they worked as a Graduand at IBM Zurich Research Lab for three months. Andreas then joined FISBA in 2007 as a Project Manager Process Development until March 2010. Andreas later served as the Head of Precision Glass Molding from January 2010 to August 2013. From September 2013 to March 2023, they took on the role of Business Director Advanced Optical Components. Currently, they are employed at FISBA as the Head of Product Management, starting in April 2023.

Andreas Kunz completed their education in a chronological manner. Andreas first attended Interstate University of Applied Sciences Buchs NTB from 2003 to 2006. During this time, they obtained a degree in Systems Engineering and Microsystem Technology, earning the title of Dipl. Ing. FH. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, Andreas enrolled at FHS St. Gallen and pursued a Master of Advanced Studies degree in Business Administration and Engineering.
