Febrio Kacaribu

Febrio Kacaribu is an experienced economist currently serving as the Chairman of the Fiscal Policy Agency since April 2020 and as a Lecturer at the Department of Economics, University of Indonesia since September 2015, specializing in central banking, monetary economics, advanced macroeconomics, and economic modeling. Previous roles include Head of Research for Macro and Finance at the Institute for Economic and Social Research, and lectureships at Baylor University and the University of Kansas, covering subjects such as money and banking and principles of economics. Febrio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia, a Master’s degree in International & Development Economics from The Australian National University, and a PhD in Macroeconomics from The University of Kansas.
