Kelvin Lee

Kelvin Lee has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kelvin worked as the Regional Managing Director for Asia at Fischer Group starting in 2023. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, they were the Regional Manager at Victaulic, where they achieved significant business growth and brand reputation in South-east Asia through strategic vision and team development. From 2017 to 2019, Kelvin held multiple roles at Hilti Malaysia, including Head of Sales and Head of Marketing & Channels, where they optimized territory coverage, refined industry segmentation, and expanded the marketing department. Before that, they were the Head of Sales at Doka Asia Pacific from 2016 to 2017. Kelvin also gained valuable experience at Hilti Singapore from 2007 to 2016, where they held roles such as Area Sales Manager, Regional Product Manager, Product Manager, and Key Account Manager, contributing to the company's annual turnover and achieving impressive sales growth. Kelvin began their career as an Engineer at Kajima in 2001 and progressed to Senior Engineer and Planning Engineer, demonstrating expertise in project coordination and tendering. Kelvin Lee earned their Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 1997 to 2001. In 2021, they completed a Certificate of Professional Coaching from Singapore Management University. Prior to their university education, Kelvin attended Tampines Junior College from 1993 to 1994, and Tanjong Katong Secondary School from 1989 to 1992.
