Kakki Sims, CPP, currently serves as the Payroll Benefits Manager at Fischer Homes since July 2021, where responsibilities include processing executive payroll and managing daily operations, including multi-state payroll withholding tax returns and benefits eligibility for 3,000 employees, while ensuring compliance with the Affordable Care Act. Previously, Kakki worked as the Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator at United Dairy Farmers from August 1999 to October 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Thomas More University (2016-2018), an Associate’s Degree in Applied Business with a focus on Office Management from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College (2004-2006), and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thomas More University.
