Jill Billings has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Fiserv and previously holding the position of ICTO for Fiserv (First Data) Europe and CTO for Fiserv (First Data) North America Acquiring. Prior to these roles, Jill worked as a System Programmer at ING and as a Programmer for the City of Davenport.
