Karl Kearns

Karl Kearns is an experienced professional in corporate talent development and adult education. Currently serving as the Lead, Corporate Talent Development EMEA at Fiserv since November 2019, Karl is responsible for designing and delivering global learning curricula, including professional development and leadership training. Previously, Karl worked as a Training Specialist at Fiserv, where eLearning content was constructed for internal and client use. Prior experience includes roles as a Trainer and Tutor at SalesCoach, along with an Administrator position at SalesCoach Ltd. Karl also held the position of Learning & Development Executive at Three Ireland, managing various aspects of employee training and development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from National College of Ireland and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Technological University Dublin.
