Mark Baker

Mark Baker is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in operations management across various industries. Currently, Mark serves as the owner of Fish Window Cleaning, specializing in enhancing customer experiences. Mark is also the founder and director of Leadership for Directors | VPs of Healthcare Operations in the Indianapolis area, facilitating networking and industry research. Previous roles include Director of Support Services at OrthoIndy, where oversight included a staff of 60, and Director of Enterprise & Enduser Mobility at Telamon, managing a large contact center. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Indiana Finance Company, CBS Personnel Holdings, The Kane Service, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Millikin University and a diploma from St. Mary's International High School in Tokyo, Japan.
