Previously, Randy Cross excelled as a Franchise Owner for the Greater Grand Rapids and Holland markets, earning the distinction of Franchisee of the Year in 2005. Prior to joining Fish Window Cleaning, Randy Cross worked as Sales Operation Manager at Computer Products And Resources from 1992 to 2003, where management of the purchasing and inside sales departments was a key responsibility. Randy Cross holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Hope College, completed in 1992.
