Octavia Carrington

Octavia Carrington is a civil engineer with extensive experience in the field, primarily at Fishbeck since December 2007, where responsibilities include administering services for the Michigan Department of Transportation and local agencies on road and bridge projects. In this role, Octavia has served as both a civil engineer and office technician, managing contractor certified payrolls and inspector daily reports while utilizing construction management software such as Projectwise and LCP Tracker. Prior experience includes serving as a construction technician for the Michigan Department of Transportation from June 2005 to September 2007, focusing on inspection and documentation of construction activities. Octavia is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Wayne State University, having previously earned an Associate of Science in Biology from Oakland Community College.
