Mariel Zamora has been working in the marketing and communications field since 2017. Mariel began their career at 3M as a Corporate Marketing & Communications Brand Manager, where they were responsible for strategizing and implementing plans for offline and online corporate marketing campaigns. Mariel also leveraged data analytics from the organization's Facebook page to determine user trends and presented these quantitative analyses to the Chief Brand Officer. In 2020, Mariel moved to eTip.io as a Digital Marketing and Content Marketing specialist, where they strategized and executed plans for marketing campaigns, including content creation, to effectively increase awareness about its app-less, cashless mobile tipping solution and to increase lead generation as a result. Mariel also analyzed competitors' respective digital marketing strategies to identify an effective positioning strategy. Later in 2020, Mariel joined the Malloy Group as a Consulting Data Analysis and Visualization specialist, where they collaborated with major tech players in the hardware and software industry to develop a new business model and a complementary app prototype. In 2021, Mariel joined Fishbowl as a Growth Marketing Specialist, where they were responsible for conversations about work. Mariel also joined Glassdoor as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Ipsos North America as a Social Intelligence Analytics and Customer Insights specialist, where they analyzed large volumes of user-generated, unstructured data derived from social media using artificial intelligence and machine learning. Finally, they joined ASAPP as a Qualitative and Quantitative Research and Customer Insights specialist.

Mariel Zamora has an extensive educational background. Mariel is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marketing Intelligence, a STEM-Designated Degree, at the University of San Francisco, beginning in 2020. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, with a Minor in International Business, from Ateneo de Manila University. Mariel also attended the University of San Francisco as a Foreign Exchange Student Program in Business Administration and Management. Furthermore, Mariel has obtained several certifications, including a Social Ventures for Sustainable Development Seminar from Friendship Ambassadors Foundation, Inc., a World Bank Group Seminar from the World Bank Group, a Youth Assembly at the United Nations from the United Nations, and a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google.
