Rolando Robledo is a seasoned culinary and hospitality professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as General Agent and Supervising Agent at Fisher Agencies since March 2021, Rolando previously held positions such as Purchasing Lead at Omni Hotels & Resorts and Senior Research & Development Chef at Chew. Rolando's culinary journey began with roles including Executive Chef at Aspire Seasonal Kitchen - Hotel Providence and Corporate Executive Chef at Clover Food Lab. Additionally, Rolando served on the Board of Directors for Hope & Main and the RI Hospitality Association & RI Hospitality Education Foundation. Rolando holds a Master's of Arts in Teaching, Culinary Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Foodservice Management, both from Johnson & Wales University.
