Andrea Loppnow

Andrea Loppnow is an accomplished engineering and operations leader with extensive experience in various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Fisher Barton since July 2021, Andrea oversees operations and manufacturing engineering across the Thermal Spray Technologies plants. Previous roles include Corporate Vice President Engineering at Portage Plastics Corporation, where responsibilities spanned from product concept design to production launch utilizing LEAN Six Sigma methodologies, and Corporate Director of Strategic Sourcing at Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc., focusing on strategic procurement and supply chain management. Andrea has held multiple vice president positions at Fisher Barton Specialty Products, managing engineering and operations with full P&L accountability. Early career experiences include leadership roles in quality engineering at Thermal Spray Technologies, Inc., and Flambeau, Inc., where Andrea implemented ISO registrations and quality management systems. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and an Advanced Management & Leadership Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
