Matthew Trotta

Matthew Trotta is an accomplished baseball coach and founder with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the sport. Currently serving as Pitching Coordinator and Head Baseball Coach for Nor’Easters Baseball, Trotta boasts a commendable career record of 84-62, including six championships and one runner-up finish. As the founder of TroPro Baseball, Trotta offers personalized baseball lessons and notable offseason training programs, engaging over 50 high school players. Trotta's prior experience includes positions such as Project Manager at Realplay Sports, Assistant Baseball Coach at Reading Memorial High School, and serving on the MBA Academic Advisory Board at Fisher College. Trotta holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Fisher College.
