Robert Eisenstein

Robert Eisenstein is a seasoned professional in management consulting and senior care operations, currently serving as Principal at Eisenstein Flaherty and Associates since May 2018, where expertise is applied to foster positive organizational culture and empower community staff. As an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Fisher College since September 2014, Robert teaches courses in Gerontology, Substance Abuse, Social Justice, and Families in Transition. Previous roles include Executive Director positions at Northbridge Companies and Benchmark Senior Living, focusing on operations, sales, and financial management within assisted living and memory care communities. Robert's early career included serving as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, managing daily operations in skilled nursing facilities. Robert holds a Master of Public Health and a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University as well as a bachelor's degree in Psychology from The George Washington University.
