Cheri Arnott has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Cheri began their career at The Pillsbury Company as a Regional HR Manager, overseeing human resources operations and safety at various locations. Arnott then moved on to Lucent Technologies Technical Services Company as an HR Business Partner, providing strategic thought leadership and project management for new ventures. Cheri then joined Miller Brewing Company as a Senior HR Generalist, serving as a business partner for executive vice presidents and implementing performance management practices. At Citi, Arnott worked as a Senior HR Business Partner and Global Entry Level Program Director, responsible for program development, learning and development strategy, and leadership and organizational development. Currently, they hold leadership positions at Fisher Investments, including Group Vice President of Organizational Development and Lieutenant Vice President of Global Human Capital.

Cheri Arnott holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Speech/Communications at the University of Minnesota from 1986 to 1990.
