Erika Bass

Erika Bass has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Erika began their career as a Research Assistant at Truckee Meadow Water Authority in 2011. From 2013 to 2014, Erika worked as a Production Coordinator at Spirit Leatherworks, specializing in Nike Golf Accessories and Will Leather Goods. In 2014, they joined Fisher Investments as a Project Manager in Corporate Finance, where they successfully managed various projects that contributed to the growth and operations of the firm. Erika then moved up within the company, serving as a Trading Operations Analyst, Training Program Manager, and Portfolio Implementation Associate Team Lead before becoming the Portfolio Operations Team Lead in October 2022. Throughout their career, Erika has showcased their expertise in project management, coordination, and training, as well as their ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
