John Holwerda

John Holwerda is an experienced organizational development professional with a career spanning over two decades in talent development and leadership initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Organizational Development Senior Program Manager at Fisher Investments since 2020, John has held significant roles such as Manager of Talent Development at Insperity and Sr. Manager of Learning & Organizational Development at Lennox International, where a notable achievement included leading a comprehensive Leadership Development Program for business directors.
