Joshua Nirmal Shodavaram

Joshua Nirmal Shodavaram is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development and design within the automotive and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Functional Leader and Advanced Product Development Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Appliances since January 2022, Joshua has previously held key positions including Lead Design Engineer and Project Manager at CAL Isuzu, where responsibilities encompassed the design and development of various truck bodies. Other notable roles include Design Engineer at Kiwi Bus Builders Ltd., Design Engineering Manager at Wrightbus, and Jr. Manager in Research & Product Development at Irizar TVS Ltd. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Automotive Engineering from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Jeppiaar Engineering College. Additionally, Joshua was a Lead Guitarist and Backing Vocalist for the band In Heavens Eyes.
