Lauren Migliacci has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lauren is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at OOFOS since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Advisor in the Office of Clinical Affairs for Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan/Well Sense Health Plan from December 2020 to June 2022. Lauren also served as an Operations Manager for the Department of Anesthesiology at Boston Medical Center from July 2019 to December 2020, where they provided administrative oversight and program development.
Before their time at Boston Medical Center, Lauren held positions at Victory Programs, where they served as a Director of Quality Assurance from November 2017 to December 2020 and as a Quality Assurance Coordinator from August 2015 to October 2017. Lauren was responsible for maintaining compliance and overseeing data systems and quality assurance initiatives.
Additionally, Lauren worked at The Princeton Review as an Operations Manager from May 2014 to August 2015, where they managed staff and improved day-to-day operations. Lauren also held the role of Student Services Coordinator from November 2012 to May 2014.
Lauren's earliest work experience was with City Year, where they served as a Corps Member and After School Program Coordinator from August 2011 to June 2012. Lauren was also a member of the Civic Engagement Task Force during the same period.
Lauren Migliacci completed their Bachelor's Degree in BS Health Policy Management and BA Political Science from Providence College, graduating in 2011. In 2019, they enrolled in the UMASS Lowell Health Informatics and Management Program, where they are currently pursuing a degree. Additionally, they are specializing in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician for their Master of Science degree from the same program at UMASS Lowell.
