Vice President Operations Customer Experience Customer Service at Fisher & Paykel Appliances

Keyur Shah has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and customer service sectors. Keyur started their career at Dynamic Cooking Systems, Inc. in 1996 as an Operations Manager and worked there until 2004. At this company, they gained valuable skills in operations management. In 2004, they joined Fisher & Paykel Appliances as a Senior Manager of Fabrication, where they managed the fabrication of high-end appliance components. Keyur later became the General Manager of Manufacturing and ultimately served as the Vice President of Operations and Customer Experience/Customer Service. During their time at Fisher & Paykel, they relocated the manufacturing plant to Reynosa, Mexico. In 2018, Keyur Shah became an Advisory Board Member for Customer Experience at Rutgers University.

Keyur Shah has a strong educational background with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach, which they obtained from 2000-2003. Keyur also holds a Bsc. degree in Chemistry from Gujarat University, which they earned from 1993-1996, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from Bhavans College during the same time period.

Keyur went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management and Finance at The University of Texas-Pan American from 2010-2013. During that time, they also received a Certificate in Lean Manufacturing from Kaizen Institute in 2010.

Additionally, Keyur holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from TMAC, which they obtained in 2013. Keyur has also obtained other certifications, including Effective Negotiating from KARRASS in 2015 and APICS from TMAC in 2014.
