Javier Guevara

Javier Guevara is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as General Director of Mexico Operations at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare since September 2018, Javier has held various roles, including Director of Operations and Operations Senior Manager. Previous experience includes positions as Manufacturing Manager at Surgical Specialties Corporation TM and Operations & Plant Manager at Halyard Health, where contributions were made to the production of medical devices. Javier began his career at Black & Decker HHI, holding multiple roles including Mexico Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Phoenix, certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Sonora.
