Samantha Cardarelli

Samantha is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Irvine office. She represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, including claims for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. She also counsels employers on a variety of workplace issues and assists with the development of employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.

Samantha earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. During her time in law school, Samantha served on the University of Illinois Law Review and was a quarterfinalist in the New York City Bar National Moot Court Competition.
