Nichole Hance

Nichole Hance is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in cardiopulmonary services. Currently serving as the Director of Cardiopulmonary and previously as the Manager of Pulmonary Services at Fisher-Titus Medical Center since December 2018, Nichole has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Prior to this role, Nichole was the Supervisor of Respiratory Therapy at Cleveland Clinic from July 2012 to February 2020. Nichole holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Excelsior University, as well as an Associate of Science in Respiratory Care Therapy from North Central State College.
