Orville Paynter IV, CSM

Orville Paynter IV, CSM has held a variety of roles in the technology and retail industries since 2013. From 2013-2014, they served as a Student Volunteer - Executive Board Treasurer, PR Chairman for The Delta Chi Fraternity, Inc. and a Photographer & Auction Block Clerk for Adecco. From 2016-2019, they worked at DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Footwear Specialist, Catlilli Games as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Game Artist, and Mosaic Learning as a 3D Modeler. Most recently, they have been employed at Fishermen Labs since 2020, where they have held the roles of Lead Project Manager and Project Manager, and at Raincrow Studios since 2019, where they were an Operations Manager and UI Developer.

Orville Paynter IV attended George Mason University from 2013 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Game Design. Orville also attended C.S. Monroe Technology Center, where they studied 3d Animation, Architecture, and Design. In addition, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2020.
